Licorice root is supplied on a commercial B2B basis, with pricing and terms determined by product grade, specification, order volume, packaging, and destination.

Payment Terms: A 30% advance payment is typically required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance due prior to shipment or against agreed shipping documentation.

Shipping Terms: Unless otherwise agreed, quotations are offered CIF [named port of destination], Incoterms®️ 2020. The Seller arranges export clearance, ocean freight, and marine insurance (minimum 110% of invoice value) to the named port. Risk passes to the Buyer once the goods are loaded on board at the port of shipment. The Buyer is responsible for unloading, import duties, customs clearance, and all destination charges.

Minimum Orders: An initial minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 metric tonnes applies to all material grades, subject to availability. Subsequent order quantities are negotiable and may vary depending on the product grade, packaging format, shipping requirements, and available inventory.

Packaging: Licorice root is supplied in 25kg polypropylene bags, cartons, pressed bales, or other bulk packaging appropriate to the product grade and transportation requirements. Pressed bale weight can be as 50kg, 100kg, 120kg or 200kg dependent on customer needs and quantity.

Documentation: Commercial shipments can be accompanied by customary export and commercial documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other documentation as applicable to the product and destination.

Custom Orders: Specifications for cut size, particle size, grade, packaging, and volume may be discussed for larger commercial requirements.

Quotations: Pricing is subject to current raw-material availability, order volume, packaging requirements, and prevailing transportation costs. All final commercial terms are confirmed in the applicable sales quotation or purchase agreement.
